We are exacting in our approach to every assignment and focused on the interest and needs of our clients that we support.  Our methodology is as follows:

1. Assignment Goals & Objectives

The search assignment is initiated following a comprehensive understanding of the skills and qualification required of the individual to be successful in the position.  Strong communication and a deep understanding of our clients business, core values and culture is at the core our success rate. This forms the basis of the assignment and timeline to candidate selection.

2. Candidate Research

Developing the candidate research list is based on the professional profile and skills of the quintessential candidate and companies of a nature that like candidates are successfully demonstrating said skill sets.  A candidate research list is developed from the professional profile and skills of the quintessential candidate and of companies employing individuals serving in like or similar roles.  The lists are developed from our company database along with contacts from across our network, to comprise the most current field of candidates for the position.Our research leads to recruiting, screening and qualifying interested candidates for the role.  We are fully engaged in the market during this period with scheduled updates on the progress of the assignment.

3. Candidate Presentation & Selection 

The client engagement during the research and screening phase, allows us to refined the candidate profile in alignment with the companies core values, culture and business objectives.  Further interviews involving a deeper probe and analysis of the interested candidates full range of capabilities, behavioral characteristics and personality lead to the presentation of the short-list.We manage the final stage of the selection process by prioritizing the candidates presented; and engage with the client through the interview, selection and negotiation of the new hire.
